Since then the Company has re-branded as "Keppie Massie Residential" in 2008 and relocated to prestigious offices in Bulloch House, Rumford Place, which was refurbished by the practice in line with it's keen policy on regeneration and Liverpool history. This year has been an exceptional year for The Company and has culminated in us being awarded The Your Move, Estate Agent of the Year Award for 2008. (Best Estate Agency For Customer Service) and Runners Up in The Your Move, Residential Lettings Agent of The Year 2008. We were delighted to receive these awards, as they were based on mystery shop exercises throughout the year, which showed that we by far exceeded the expectations of the judges.
